"I’ve reached out to State Farm for the purpose of adding a second vehicle. I will let an attempt to get the car registered. When I added the second car, I was asked for a $96 payment. I wouldn’t think someone with an 840 Beacon score who has been with State Farm for over 25 years that could have been billed. A bit cheesy to me. The agent was only doing what she was trained to do."

"Called them to cancel my umbrella policy 2x in 2024, somehow they forgot to do it and charged me for the full year of 2024 and still billed for for 2025. I cannot stand such incompetency."

"Dylan Mills did an excellent job. Person I spoke to prior to him was far less astute. She said that system was Down and that she'd call me back when system was up again. Time passed and I called back, because if technical problem still an issue, I was going to contact a different company. At no time when I was on the phone with Dylan or after did the young lady with whom I'd spoken first, even try to re establish communication with me. You should pay closer attention to who you have representing your logo. Lucky for State Farm that Dylan was around in this particular case."

A few months later he reached out to check to make sure everything has been going well and asked me about auto insurance.
